These qualities are called the \u2018Three P&#8217;s.&#8221;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p1\">Personal touch- makes the future bride feel special. SEDJ spends time with her, making sure that she is instrumental in selecting the playlist. They also only book one wedding per day, so the bride-to-be never feels rushed.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Professional service- the future bride can rest assured that SEDJ will be on time and prepared for her special day. The wedding day is stressful enough without worrying about the DJ\u2019s performance.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Priced right- SEDJ\u2019s services are high quality yet affordable. Average wedding DJ cost is $1000, while SEDJ\u2019s is only $800.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Weaknesses<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>SEDJ does not have a proactive strategy for growth. They lack a formal way to leverage their existing customers in order to influence new customers. They also have not targeted a specific audience for their PR efforts.\u00a0They also lack the ability to create content on their website nor do they allow prospects to book an event on their site.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Opportunities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>SEDJ has so much potential despite being in a very competitive industry.\u00a0Per the IMC Plan, we will assist SEDJ in creating the following content\/ strategies that will be used to generate buzz and increase customers: blogs, customer videos, Pinterest contest, Refer-a-Friend program, local Facebook ads, Facebook and Twitter posts, press releases, media and local outreach.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Threats<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>One of the largest threats that SEDJ faces is for them to continue to be mostly reactive in nature. Business as usual will not improve their business.
